Use the invoice list to review manual invoices, booking-generated invoices, customer links, totals, paid amounts, statuses, and actions.

The Invoice list shows manual invoices and invoices generated from bookings together.

Date filters

Use the filter buttons This day, This week, This month, and All to change the visible invoice period.

Invoice list columns

Invoice: invoice number and booking number when linked.
Customer: customer name and email when available.
Source: booking or manual.
Issued: invoice issue date, or Not set.
Total, Paid, and Status.
Actions: View, Print, and Mark paid when available.

Booking-generated records

If a booking does not already have a manual invoice linked to it, AvelisseRent can show a booking-generated invoice record using the booking number, customer details, booking total, tax, discount, payment status, and paid amount.

Empty state

If no invoice records match the selected period, the list shows No invoices for this period.
