Custom domain is available for Enterprise agencies that are approved and have billable access. It connects one branded domain to the agency storefront.

Before you start

The dashboard recommends choosing one primary booking domain, such as rent.yourdomain.com or www.yourdomain.com. It also advises not adding both an apex domain and the matching www domain for the same agency in the MVP.

Add a domain

  1. Open Custom Domain from Website or Settings.
  2. Enter a domain you control in the rent.example.com or www.example.com field.
  3. Review the normalized domain.
  4. Select Start setup.
  5. Add every required DNS record shown by the dashboard.
  6. Select Verify domain or Check DNS again.

Domain statuses

  • Ownership verification required: add the ownership record, wait for propagation, then check again.
  • DNS routing required: ownership is verified, but routing still needs to propagate.
  • Domain setup in progress: add every required record and check again after DNS propagation.
  • Domain active: ownership and DNS routing are confirmed.

What loads from the domain

When the domain becomes active, the agency home page, fleet, vehicle pages, booking status, contact, privacy, terms, pages, and blog all load from that domain.

Plan and access limits

If the page shows Custom domain locked, the agency may not have the Enterprise plan, may not be approved by the platform admin, or may not have billable access.
