AvelisseRent uses subscription status to decide whether agency tools remain available. Billing shows the visible subscription status beside the current plan.

Access states

  • trialing: the internal 7-day workspace trial is still active when the trial end date is in the future.
  • active: Stripe has confirmed an active subscription.
  • past_due: Stripe could not collect payment. AvelisseRent may keep access available during the billing recovery window.
  • inactive: no billable access is available.
  • canceled: the subscription was cancelled and access depends on the recorded period end state.

Trial period

New workspaces can have a 7-day internal trial. Billing may show how many days remain and prompts the agency to subscribe before the trial ends.

Payment recovery

When payment is past due after the trial, Billing can show Payment needs attention. The recovery window lasts 10 days after the trial end date. During this period, the agency should use Resolve payment or the Stripe portal before access is interrupted.

Renewal and access dates

Subscription details show Trial ends, Next payment date, or Access ends depending on subscription status and cancellation settings. Auto renewal shows On unless the subscription is set to cancel at period end.
