Billing shows Car usage and Enterprise access so the agency can understand the limits attached to its plan.
Car usage
Car usage shows current vehicle count against the plan limit. Starter allows 20 vehicles, Professional allows 50, Enterprise allows 150, and Enterprise Plus has no fleet size cap.
Staff users
Plan limits also control team capacity. Starter includes 2 staff users, Professional includes 5, Enterprise includes 20, and Enterprise Plus has unlimited staff.
Email and storage limits
Starter includes 2 GB image storage and 500 transactional emails/month. Professional includes 10 GB and 2,000 emails/month. Enterprise includes 50 GB and 10,000 emails/month. Enterprise Plus uses fair usage for storage and email.
Enterprise access card
The Billing page shows Custom domain, Live support badge, and Super Manager as Enabled or Upgrade required. These labels come from the current plan limits.
Protected feature examples
- Publishing more vehicles can be blocked when the plan car limit is reached.
- Custom domains require an Enterprise plan and active billable access.
- Super Manager team access is available on Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans.
- White label and multiple locations are Enterprise Plus capabilities.
