Use Billing and Users and accounts to manage AvelisseRent platform access. This area is for the agency's subscription to AvelisseRent, current account visibility, data export, and account deletion controls.
What Billing controls
- Current plan: shows the active subscription plan and subscription status.
- Car usage: shows vehicle count against the current plan limit.
- Enterprise access: shows Custom domain, Live support badge, and Super Manager availability.
- Subscription details: shows renewal or access end dates, auto renewal, monthly billing cycle, and payment method status.
- Plan selection: starts checkout or opens the billing portal depending on the current state.
What Users and accounts controls
- Current session: shows the signed-in user name and email with a Log out button.
- Export company data: links to Data export before account changes.
- Team visibility: lists users, roles, account status, and email verification state.
- Account deletion: lets authorized users schedule deletion after verification and cancel during the grace period.
Keep billing separate from rental payments
Billing manages the agency's subscription to AvelisseRent. Rental customer payments are configured from Payments and Stripe Connect. Changing the subscription plan affects platform access and limits; changing the agency Stripe Connect account affects customer booking payments.
Access requirement
Subscription checkout and the Stripe billing portal require an agency owner account. Demo workspaces cannot manage subscription billing.
