Request or Cancel Account Deletion

Schedule agency account deletion with verification, understand the 7-day grace period, and cancel deletion before the scheduled date.

Use Account deletion in Users and accounts only when the agency intends to remove the workspace. Export company data first.

Who can request deletion

Agency owners and agency administrators can request account deletion after verification. Other users see a message that only an agency owner or administrator can request account deletion.

Request deletion

Open Users and accounts.
Open Account deletion.
Select Export data first and download needed records.
Type the exact agency name.
Confirm the current administrator email.
Select Schedule deletion in 7 days.

Grace period

The workspace is not removed immediately. A 7-day grace period starts first so the agency can export records or cancel the request. When deletion is scheduled, the page shows the scheduled deletion date and days remaining.

Cancel deletion

During the grace period, select Cancel deletion. Only an agency owner or administrator can cancel account deletion.

Verification errors

If the agency name or administrator email does not match, AvelisseRent blocks the deletion request and shows a verification error.
