Export Finance and Company Data

Use Data export to download tenant-owned company records for accounting, audits, migration, or offline backup.

Export cards

• Finance report: income, expenses, tax records, dates, categories, and notes. Available as XLS or PDF.
• Customers: customer contact details, driver references, notes, and booking counts. Available as XLS or PDF.
• Bookings: booking numbers, customer details, vehicles, dates, statuses, and totals. Available as XLS or PDF.

Full company export

The full company export includes agency profile, vehicles, bookings, customers, finance, invoices, payments, employees, maintenance, expenses, and tax settings.

Full export formats

• Export XLS: spreadsheet-style workbook with multiple tables.
• Print / PDF: printable report that can be saved as a PDF from the browser print dialog.
• Export JSON: structured backup of agency-owned operational data.

Finance export fields

The Finance export includes Type, Title, Category, Amount, Currency, Date, Notes, and Created at.

Before exporting

Review customer privacy, employee data, receipts, invoices, and notes before sharing exported files. Exports can contain operational and personal data from the agency workspace.
