Performance analytics appears on the Rental operations dashboard and summarizes booking development and revenue for the last 12 weeks.
Bookings and booked revenue
The line chart shows Bookings and Booked revenue. Bookings are grouped by week from their created date. Booked revenue excludes cancelled bookings and uses booking total price, amount, or final amount depending on available data.
Booking status mix
The Booking status mix chart counts bookings by status. Supported visible statuses include pending, confirmed, active, completed, payment pending, cancelled, and rejected.
Booked revenue
The dashboard card Booked revenue uses confirmed, active, and completed rental records, excluding cancelled records.
Collected revenue
Collected revenue uses payments recorded as paid or deposit paid. Paid bookings count the full booking total. Deposit paid, partially paid, and partially refunded bookings count the recorded payment amount when available, otherwise the configured payment percentage of the total.
Fleet utilization
Fleet utilization is the percentage of vehicles with an active or upcoming rental. It uses vehicles assigned to confirmed or active bookings.
Weekly booking volume
The weekly booking volume bar chart shows booking count by week for the same 12-week trend period.
