Preview contract PDF opens the generated rental agreement PDF for the selected booking.

Page 1 content

  • Header with agency name or generic rental document label, contract title, booking number, and subtitle.
  • Status badge: Signature required, Signed contract, or Completed.
  • Rental agency: agency name, address, phone, email, tax ID labels, and secondary tax ID when available.
  • Renter: customer name, email, phone, driver age, and license.
  • Vehicle: vehicle, category, plate, VIN, and color.
  • Rental period: pickup, pickup place, return, return place, and rental days.
  • Pricing: daily rental, taxes, insurance, service fee, deposit, discount, and total rental amount when values exist.
  • Signatures: renter signature and agency representative signature area.

Conditions pages

Additional pages show Agreement conditions. If conditions span multiple pages, the PDF labels continued pages and includes contract footers.

Branding controls

Brand color controls the PDF accent color. Show agency logo and brand on contract controls whether agency branding appears on the contract.
