The Customer information panel is used on the contract PDF and secure signing email.

Customer fields

Full name.
Email.
Phone.
ID / passport number.
Driver licence number.
Driver age.

Save customer details

Select Save customer after editing the fields. The workspace shows Customer contract information saved.

Why this matters

The customer's email must match the signing link when they submit the contract signature. Incorrect customer email can block signing with Email does not match this contract.

Privacy note

Only store identity and license information when the agency needs it for rental operations and is allowed to collect it.
