Customer E-Signature Experience

The customer signing page is available at the agency website contract URL after a secure token is created.

Page header

The page shows the agency name and the label Secure signing link.

Rental contract section

Customers review booking number, vehicle, plate or matricule, VIN, customer name, email, pickup, return, total, and contract signature status.

Rental agreement to review

The agreement text is shown in Rental agreement to review. Customers should review all agreement conditions before accepting and signing.

Agency approval section

If configured, the page shows agency signer, signer title, agency e-signature, and agency stamp.

Signing flow

• On desktop, the page shows Scan to sign on mobile and a QR code for the signing link.
• On mobile, the customer enters full legal name and email, signs inside the Renter signature pad, checks the acceptance box, and selects Confirm and sign.
• The acceptance text says: I have reviewed and accept the full vehicle rental agreement and all conditions shown on this page.

After signing

AvelisseRent changes contract signature status to signed, stores signed date, signer email, signer name, and signature image, adds booking history, and returns a signed PDF URL. If email is configured, the customer receives a signed contract email.
