Page 2: Conditions controls the agreement conditions shown in the contract PDF and on the secure signing page.

Standard agreement

The built-in standard agreement covers eligibility, vehicle use, rental period, vehicle condition, fuel policy, mileage, traffic violations, damage and accidents, insurance, maintenance, cleanliness, smoking and pets, cancellation, security deposit, personal data, limitation of liability, governing law, and acceptance.

Supported placeholders

Custom contract terms can include placeholders filled from the agency, booking, customer, vehicle, and pricing records.

  • Agreement and agency: {{agreement_number}}, {{agency_name}}, {{agency_address}}, {{agency_phone}}, {{agency_email}}.
  • Customer: {{customer_name}}, {{customer_phone}}, {{customer_email}}, {{driver_license_number}}.
  • Vehicle: {{vehicle}}, {{vehicle_brand}}, {{vehicle_model}}, {{vehicle_year}}, {{vehicle_vin}}, {{vehicle_license_plate}}, {{vehicle_color}}.
  • Rental period: {{pickup_date}}, {{pickup_time}}, {{pickup_location}}, {{return_date}}, {{return_time}}, {{return_location}}, {{rental_days}}.
  • Pricing: {{daily_rate}}, {{subtotal}}, {{taxes}}, {{insurance}}, {{deposit}}, {{discount}}, {{total_amount}}.

Placeholder safety

Lines that still contain unresolved placeholders are removed from the generated contract terms. Preview the PDF before sending the signing link so missing booking or vehicle values are caught early.
