Use Customer Data in Bookings, Contracts, Invoices, and Export

Customer records support multiple operational workflows in AvelisseRent.

Booking detail

Booking detail shows Customer information with customer name, email, phone, optional ID or passport number, age, and license number.

Contracts

The Contracts workflow includes a Customer information area for customer name, email, phone, ID card or passport number, driver license number, and driver age before sending a contract signing link.

Invoices

Invoices can be linked to bookings and customers. The invoice form includes a customer selector with a No customer link option and customer entries showing name or full name plus email.

Documents

The Documents area supports attachments for cars, bookings, customers, invoices, and maintenance records. Use customer document attachments carefully and only when needed for agency operations.

Data Export

Data Export includes a Customers export with customer contact details, booking count, identity document number, driver license number, address, city, country, notes, and created date. Exports can be downloaded with the available XLS or PDF actions.
