Customers with rental in progress highlights customers currently connected to active bookings.
What the active customer card shows
- Customer full name or name.
- Email and phone.
- An In progress badge.
- Up to two active booking lines.
- A Customer notes field.
Active booking line details
Each active booking line shows Booking, Car, Rental dates, and Total. Vehicle names are shown from the assigned vehicle make and model. If the vehicle was removed, the line shows Vehicle removed.
Operational use
Use active customer cards during the day to see who currently has a rental in progress and which vehicle is assigned. For pickup, return, payment, invoice, or contract actions, open the related booking from Booking Management.
