Old customers and finished bookings lists customers with previous booking history and no active rental.
Customer details shown
- Customer full name or name.
- Email and phone.
- A badge showing the number of bookings in the displayed history group.
- License, or Not added if the driver license number is missing.
- Address, city, and country, or Not added if no address data is available.
- Customer notes.
Booking history table
The history table columns are Booking, Car, Dates, and Total. Booking rows include the booking number or ID, booking status badge, vehicle name, pickup-to-return dates, and total or final amount.
History limit
The Customers page shows the first three history rows on the customer card. If more records exist, it shows “+ more bookings in history.”
Status interpretation
Finished customer history can include completed, cancelled, rejected, and no-show bookings. Review the booking detail page for full timeline notes when the status needs more context.
