Find and Search Customers

Open Customers from the dashboard to review renter records scoped to the current agency.

Page structure

The Customers page header says Customers and explains: “Current rental customers first, then previous customers with complete contact and booking history.”

Search customers

Use the Search customers field to filter customers. The search checks customer name, full name, email, phone, driver license number, and city.

Customer sections

• Customers with rental in progress: customers with at least one active booking.
• Old customers and finished bookings: customers with no active rental but with previous or closed booking history.

Pagination

Each section paginates customer cards. Use Previous, numbered pages, and Next when there are more than 20 matching customers.

Empty states

If there are no active rentals, AvelisseRent shows “No customers currently have an active rental.” If no previous customers match the search, it shows “No old customers match this search.”
