Customers gives rental agencies a focused view of renter records connected to bookings. It places customers with an active rental first, then shows previous customers with completed or closed booking history.

What Customers includes

  • Customer name or full name.
  • Email and phone contact details.
  • Driver license number when available.
  • Address, city, and country when available.
  • Current active rental details.
  • Previous booking history with car, dates, total, and status.
  • Internal customer notes.

How customer records are matched

AvelisseRent links customer records to bookings by customer ID when present, then by matching booking email or phone. This keeps repeated renters connected to the same customer history when their contact details stay consistent.

Customer data is used by Booking Management, Contracts, Invoices & Taxes, and Data Export. Keep customer contact details accurate before sending invoices, contracts, or booking updates.
