Browse Email Delivery
Delivery logs show recent email delivery attempts for the agency. Use them after test emails, booking notifications, invoices, payment receipts, employee invitations, support emails, or domain notifications.
Log columns
- Date: when the delivery attempt was recorded.
- Recipient: the email address used for the message.
- Template: the template key used for the message.
- Provider: the resolved delivery provider, such as avelisserent, smtp, resend, none, or blocked.
- Status: queued, sent, failed, or skipped.
- Error: provider or validation message when delivery fails.
Common statuses
- Sent: the provider accepted the message.
- Failed: the provider or settings returned an error.
- Skipped: the template was disabled or delivery was intentionally skipped.
- Queued: the message was inserted before provider processing completed.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Confirm the recipient email address is valid.
- Check whether the selected template is enabled.
- Verify the plan still has email capabilities.
- For SMTP, run Test connection and review Last SMTP message.
- For Enterprise Resend, verify the sending domain and DNS records.
- Keep fallback delivery enabled while diagnosing provider issues.
Escalation details
When contacting support, include the agency name, sender provider, recipient domain, template key, approximate send time, delivery log status, and visible error message. Do not include SMTP passwords or customer private documents.
