Understand Email Plan Capabilities

The Current plan capabilities card shows the active agency plan and subscription status, then marks each email capability as available or unavailable.

Capabilities shown in the dashboard

• AvelisseRent delivery
• Agency SMTP
• Verified Resend domain
• Multiple sender identities
• Custom templates
• White-label sender

Plan behavior

• Starter: can use AvelisseRent central delivery when the subscription has billable access.
• Professional: can use AvelisseRent central delivery and Agency SMTP.
• Enterprise and Enterprise Plus: can use AvelisseRent delivery, Agency SMTP, verified Resend domains, multiple sender identities, custom templates, and white-label sender options.

Inactive subscription behavior

If the agency does not have billable access, email capabilities are disabled. Review Billing & Account before troubleshooting SMTP or domain settings.

How to choose a provider

Use AvelisseRent delivery for the fastest setup. Use Agency SMTP when the agency wants mail sent through Gmail, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or another SMTP mailbox. Use Enterprise Resend verified domain when the agency needs a branded sending domain and white-label sender identity.
