Enterprise sending domain and templates is available when the agency plan supports verified Resend domains, white-label sender identity, and custom templates.

Add a sending domain

  1. Open Email Delivery.
  2. Go to Enterprise sending domain and templates.
  3. Enter the business domain in the agency.com field.
  4. Select Add domain.
  5. Add the DNS records shown by the dashboard.
  6. Refresh verification after DNS propagation.

Domain status and DNS records

When a sending domain is saved, the dashboard shows the domain name, domain status, and DNS records. Add every required DNS record exactly as shown by the email provider before expecting white-label delivery to work.

Sender identities

Enterprise sending domains support branded sender identities such as bookings@ or billing@ when the provider and DNS records are verified.

Template customization

Enterprise agencies can enable Enable custom templates. Lower plans use safe system templates with agency branding. Custom templates are edited through the template API by template key, and unsupported placeholders are rejected.

When to use Enterprise delivery

Use Enterprise Resend delivery when the agency needs a branded sender domain, multiple sender identities, or custom transactional copy. Keep fallback delivery enabled until DNS and template changes are verified with test emails.
