Configure Sender and Provider Settings

Sender and provider controls the default identity customers and agency users see when transactional emails are sent.

Provider options

• AvelisseRent central delivery: sends through the platform sender.
• Agency SMTP: sends through the agency's SMTP provider when the plan supports SMTP and the connection is verified.
• Enterprise Resend verified domain: sends through an Enterprise verified domain when the domain status is verified.

Sender fields

• Sender display name: the name displayed in the recipient inbox.
• From email: the sender email used by the selected provider when supported.
• Reply-to email: where customer replies should go.
• Use AvelisseRent delivery if agency provider is unavailable: recommended for Professional and Enterprise accounts so booking emails do not stop when SMTP or domain verification fails.

Save sender settings

1. Open Email Delivery.
2. Review the available provider options.
3. Set Sender display name, From email, and Reply-to email.
4. Keep fallback delivery enabled unless the agency has a policy that requires blocking platform fallback.
5. Select Save sender settings.

Fallback behavior

If Agency SMTP is selected but not verified, or Enterprise Resend is selected but the domain is not verified, AvelisseRent can fall back to central delivery when fallback is enabled. If fallback is disabled and no valid provider is available, delivery can be blocked.
