Use this checklist before promoting the booking website or accepting the first reservation. It focuses on settings verified in the AvelisseRent dashboard.
Agency profile
- Business name, subdomain slug, logo, primary color, and secondary color are correct.
- Contact email, phone number, WhatsApp number, business address, contact headline, website description, and contact page message are complete.
- Country, currency, tax labels, and legal identity are reviewed from Tax Settings.
Booking settings
- Online booking payment is set to either Request booking only or Require online payment.
- Payment amount policy and remaining balance collection match agency practice.
- Pickup places, map location, date format, time format, mileage unit, and fuel unit are correct.
- Reservation requirements and booking confirmation workflow are reviewed.
Fleet and website
- At least one vehicle has required fields, accurate price, usable status, and clear photos.
- Public listing is enabled only for vehicles ready for customers.
- Public Cars, Branding, Search Engine Optimization, Pages & Blog, legal pages, and website controls are reviewed.
- My website opens correctly and customer-facing text is accurate.
Team readiness
Confirm that employees who need dashboard access have the right role, and that the owner can reach Billing, Account, Payments, and support settings when needed.
