If the workspace is not ready for bookings, check the visible setup areas before contacting support. Most early blockers come from missing verification, required fields, subscription access, or unpublished public content.

Account and access

  • Verify the owner email if the workspace was just created.
  • Use an account with the correct agency role for the dashboard area you are opening.
  • Review Billing and Account when plan access, protected features, or trial status blocks an action.

Vehicle form issues

  • Complete Brand, Model, Year, Category, Daily price, Transmission, Fuel type, Seats, and Status.
  • Check that VIN has exactly 17 characters when entered.
  • Check that the license plate matches the registration format used by the agency country.

Public website issues

  • Confirm vehicles are enabled for public listing from Fleet or Public Cars.
  • Review Website settings for contact details, pickup places, legal pages, reservation requirements, and website controls.
  • Open My website and test the public fleet before sharing the link.

When to contact support

Send the agency name, login email, page URL, exact dashboard message, and screenshots. Do not include passwords, full payment card numbers, or private customer documents in support messages.
