AvelisseRent has two payment concepts that must stay separate.
Rental customer payments
Rental customer payments are payments from renters to the agency for bookings. When online payment is enabled, they use the agency's connected Stripe account and are configured from Payments and Online booking payment.
AvelisseRent subscription billing
Subscription billing is the agency's payment to AvelisseRent for platform access. It is managed from Billing and Account, not from the rental customer Payments workflow.
Why this matters
- Changing the agency Stripe Connect account affects customer booking payments.
- Changing the subscription plan affects access, feature limits, and platform billing.
- AvelisseRent subscription charges are never mixed with agency booking payments.
