Review and Confirm Paid Booking Requests

Online payment does not automatically confirm a rental. After Stripe verifies payment, AvelisseRent moves the booking to pending so the agency can review the request.

Where to review

1. Open Bookings.
2. Review Pending bookings for requests awaiting agency confirmation.
3. Open the booking detail page.
4. Check customer information, vehicle, pickup and return dates, payment status, invoice, contract, and internal notes.
5. Select Confirm if the agency accepts the rental, or Reject if it cannot proceed.

Payment and price panel

The booking detail page includes Payment and price with subtotal, selected extras, taxes, discount, total, final amount when present, payment status, and Mark as paid.

Manual payment update

Use Mark as paid only after the agency has verified payment outside the automatic Stripe flow. This changes the payment status to paid.

Operational note

Before confirming a paid request, check vehicle availability, customer contact details, pickup location, and rental terms. A verified deposit means payment was received; it does not replace agency approval.
