The booking workspace groups reservations into queues so the agency can act on the correct bookings first.
Queues on New booking
- Pending bookings: booking requests waiting for agency confirmation.
- Awaiting payment: payment-required bookings held while payment is completed.
- Confirmed bookings: approved bookings waiting for pickup.
Operational views
- Upcoming pickups: confirmed bookings filtered by pickup date.
- Active bookings: rentals already started from pickup.
- Returns: active bookings filtered by return date.
Date filters
Upcoming pickups and Returns include Show dates filters for Today, Tomorrow, This week, and All upcoming.
Search bookings
Use Search bookings to find reservations by booking number, customer name, email, phone, pickup or return location, and vehicle make or model.
Booking calendar
The dashboard includes a Booking calendar that shows pickup-to-return booking periods by month. It excludes cancelled, rejected, and no-show bookings and labels each booking as Pickup, Return, or Booked on calendar days.
