Guided pickup starts a confirmed rental and moves the booking to active.
Open guided pickup
- Open Upcoming pickups or a confirmed booking detail page.
- Select Pickup.
- Review the booking number, customer name, and vehicle shown at the top of the screen.
Pickup checklist fields
- actual_pickup_time: actual date and time the rental starts.
- Pickup mileage.
- Pickup fuel level.
- Pickup notes.
- Car condition notes.
- Customer documents checked.
- Deposit collected.
Start the rental
Select Start rental after completing the checklist. AvelisseRent records “Rental started from guided pickup,” saves pickup details, and changes the booking status to active.
Photo note
The screen shows that pickup photos can be connected to Supabase Storage in production. Do not claim photo storage is active for an agency unless it is configured.
