The Maintenance export includes Vehicle, Type, Status, Service date, Next service date, Cost, Provider, and Notes.
What to review before exporting
- Vehicle records are accurate and not duplicated.
- Service status is current.
- Provider and cost are entered where needed.
- Notes do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Related exports
Data Export also includes Vehicles and Documents. Use those exports with Maintenance when the agency needs vehicle identifiers or attached service documents.
