Review the Maintenance List

The Maintenance screen shows service records in a table for the current agency.

Table columns

• Car: vehicle make and model, or Car removed if the vehicle no longer exists.
• Type: service type.
• Date: service date.
• Next: next service date, or Not set.
• Cost: formatted in the agency currency.
• Status: scheduled, in progress, completed, or cancelled.
• Actions: Complete and delete.

Complete a record

Select Complete to update the maintenance record status to completed.

Delete a record

Use the delete action only when the service record should be removed. Deleting a maintenance record also removes documents attached to that maintenance record.

Empty state

If the agency has no maintenance records yet, the table shows No maintenance records yet.
