Use Reminders for Maintenance and Due Dates

Open Reminders from Company Manager to track follow-up dates. The page description is Follow up insurance, inspection, maintenance, contract returns, and payment due dates.

Reminder fields

• Title: short reminder name.
• Type: reminder type.
• Car ID optional: vehicle ID when the reminder belongs to a car.
• Due date: the date the team should follow up.
• Notes: internal reminder context.

Reminder types

AvelisseRent supports insurance_expiry, technical_inspection, oil_change, tire_change, maintenance_due, contract_return, and payment_due reminder types.

Save and close reminders

Select Add reminder to create the reminder. New reminders start with status open. Select Mark done when the follow-up is complete.

If there are no reminders, the table shows No reminders yet.
