Recommended workflow
- Update insurance and inspection dates on the vehicle record.
- Create a reminder for renewal or inspection follow-up.
- Use Maintenance to record the actual inspection or service work.
- Change vehicle status if the car should not be rented while documentation or inspection is unresolved.
Accuracy note
Keep document dates current before confirming bookings. The agency is responsible for making sure rental vehicles remain insured, inspected, and legally ready for use.
